Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your actions and preferences — such as whether you have agreed to cookie use — so you do not need to re-enter this information each time you visit.
They are not programmes and cannot carry viruses or malware. Cookies are a standard part of how most websites function, and most browsers accept them automatically. You can control this through your browser settings.
2. Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always activeThese cookies are necessary for the website to function correctly. They enable basic features such as page navigation, form submission, and remembering your cookie consent choice. They cannot be disabled.
Examples: Cookie consent record, session state
Duration: Session or up to 12 months
Analytics Cookies
OptionalThese cookies help us understand how visitors use the website — which pages are viewed most, how long people stay, and whether any pages produce errors. This helps us improve the website over time. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Examples: Google Analytics (page views, session data)
Duration: Up to 24 months
Marketing Cookies
OptionalThese cookies may be set by advertising services to build a profile of your interests and show relevant content on other sites. We do not currently run advertising campaigns, but these may be used by third-party services embedded in the site.
Examples: Ad network trackers, remarketing pixels
Duration: Up to 12 months
Preference Cookies
OptionalThese cookies remember settings you have chosen, such as display preferences or previous form fields. They are intended to make return visits more convenient. No sensitive data is stored in preference cookies.
Examples: Language setting, layout preference
Duration: Up to 12 months
3. Your Cookie Preferences
Use the toggles above to choose which categories of cookies you permit. Essential cookies are always active. Your choices are saved to your browser and will be remembered for future visits to this site.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on this site are set by third-party services we use. These are governed by the respective providers' own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.
- Google Analytics — website traffic and behaviour analysis. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps — embedded map on our contact page. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not use social media tracking pixels or advertising network cookies at this time.
5. Cookie Duration
Cookies are either session cookies or persistent cookies.
Session cookies are temporary and are deleted automatically when you close your browser. They are used to keep track of your actions during a single visit.
Persistent cookies remain on your device until their expiry date or until you delete them manually. We use persistent cookies primarily to remember your consent preferences and, where you permit, to support analytics over time.

Refer to your browser's own help documentation for detailed steps.
Please be aware that disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of this website work, including the display of maps and our ability to remember your preferences.
7. Your Rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562, you have the right to withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
You may also request information about what data is held about you through our website, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Where cookies do not involve personal data, these rights apply to the extent permitted by law.
